Swarovski Limited Warranty

Swarovski Optik congratulates you on your ownership of one of the highest quality tripods in the world today.

Every part of this tripod has been carefully examined during production, assembly, and final inspection, and found to be free of defects before it was released for shipment.

Swarovski Optik warrants this product for a period of one year from the date of purchase as long as it is owned by the original owner against defect in materials and workmanship, subject to normal use. This warranty is void if damage results from unauthorized repairs, accident, alteration, misuse, abuse, neglect, fire, flood or other acts of God. This warranty does not apply to any Swarovski Tripod not purchased in North America.

“This warranty will not become effective unless the warranty registration is completely filled out and returned within thirty (30) days of purchase by the original owner.”

In the event of a defect, please call customer assistance at (800) 426-3089 to obtain a return authorization number (RA). Satisfactory proof of purchase date must be furnished at the time of notification of the defect for any claim under this warranty to be enforceable. We recommend that you insure the package and enclose your name, shipping address, daytime phone number, and a brief description of the problem. Also, please write the RA number on the outside of the package. We will determine, at our option, whether to repair or replace the product. If the tripod is not covered under the warranty, we will contact you with and estimate of the repair price.

This is a limited warranty, and you may have other rights which vary from state to state.

The obligation of the warrantor is solely to repair or replace the product. The warrantor is not liable for any incidental or consequential damages due to such defect.
