At Authorized Optics, your satisfaction in with your purchases is always guaranteed. We know it’s sometimes necessary to return or exchange an item.

We want to make your return easy. If you are not completely satisfied with your order you may return it within 30 days for a full refund or exchange, less all shipping costs.* Just give us a call at 800-979-8890 or send us an email at returns@authorizedoptics.com. Returns are allowed for any reason, however if the item is defective please let us know.

Simply secure merchandise in the original packaging, and ship via UPS, Fed-X or US Postal Service. All items should be fully insured for their return trip.

For the fastest exchange service, call 800-979-8890 and request a quick exchange. We’ll need to charge you for the new item, but we’ll ship it the next business day – and for lower 48 US exchanges we’ll waive the regular shipping charge. Once we receive your return, we’ll credit you for the cost of the original item.

Warranty Return Service…
If you’ve had your product for over 30 days and become aware of a manufacturers defect, your item will need to be returned directly to the manufacturer. We will gladly assist you with this process, please call us at 800-979-8890.

*1.All items must be returned in new condition in the original box, with all of the original packaging and product information. Authorized Optics reserves the right to refuse a refund or exchange on any sale for items that have any indication of use, or which are returned without all product or packaging information. Authorized Optics reserves the sole judgment for this determination. The cost of return postage and shipping insurance is the responsibility of the customer, except in cases of defective items.
